An increased police presence is visible at three residential locations in Kamloops as part of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation.
On November 27, 2024, Alan Boyarski was sentenced to 12 years, 10 years and 76 days after time served, after pleading guilty to drug trafficking and multiple firearms offences.
Richmond RCMP is warning the public of a scam where fraudsters are picking up bank cards in person to defraud victims.

Coquitlam RCMP is asking for the public's assistance in locating missing person Jason Firkins. Jason was last seen near his residence near Blue Mountain Street and Austin Avenue in Coquitlam around 1:00 PM on Tuesday December 3 when he left the area in a taxi.
